June 4 is declared as Kazakhstan’s State Symbols Day

( Kazakhstan Today ) - Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a decree according to which June 4th is declared as State Symbols Day, reports KZ-today correspondent.

"Today by my decree I affirms that June 4th is a State Symbols Day", - said Nursultan Nazarbayev during the "Nur Otan" party republican youth forum, which is dedicated to 15th anniversary of state symbols.

"I am sure that State Symbols Day will become a favorite Kazakhstanis holiday; in this day in the country patriotic actions will be held", - said the president.

The president underlined that today he signed a constitutional law on state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. "The law foresees modernization aimed to strengthen state symbols status. In particular, it is obligatory to perform national anthem on radio and television by the beginning and the end of the broadcasting", - said the president.
