The World Bank plans to allocate $38 million for restoration of irrigation system in Kyrgyzstan, Kabar news agency reported on April 25 referring to the head of WB Kyrgyzstan Office, Alexander Kramer.

The World Bank plans to allocate $38 million for restoration of irrigation system in Kyrgyzstan, Kabar news agency reported on April 25 referring to the head of WB Kyrgyzstan Office, Alexander Kramer.

During the meeting with the members of the public "Bereke" seed fund in Talas town (Kyrgyzstan), Kramer said that the project is expected to be approved soon.
He also stressed that the funds will be distributed among water users' associations, because they are closely dealing with the irrigation systems.
