BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. State Banks of Kyrgyzstan and Russian Gazprombank signed a partnership agreement in the field of banking support, Trend reports via Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Finance.
In accordance with the agreement, Gazprombank will transfer the business concept of the Banking Contract Support product and digital services to Aiyl Bank, RSK Bank and Keremet Bank.
"The main emphasis was placed on how the banking support of contracts allows increasing control over the targeted and efficient spending of budget funds, since the well-being of the country as a whole and each individual citizen depends on this," the message says.
Moreover, one of the largest Russia's financial institutions - Gazprombank will also provide technological and consulting support for the above-mentioned banks.
The signing ceremony took place on August 2, 2022, as part of the seminar "Banking support of contracts in the public procurement system of Kyrgyzstan," which was held by the Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Finance and Gazprombank.
