BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. The revenues of Kyrgyz companies, which are using cash registers, significantly increased in the first half of 2022, Trend reports citing the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan.
The cash register-using businesses' revenues in the reporting period amounted to 698.1 billion soms ($8.4 billion), which is a twofold increase compared to the same period of 2021 (346.3 billion soms or $4.2 billion).
According to the State Tax Service, more than 20,000 Kyrgyz business entities have switched to working with cash registers since the beginning of 2022.
Meanwhile, at present time, more than 52,000 cash registers are in operation across the country.
