BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 12. Average monthly nominal salary in Kyrgyzstan from January through August 2022 increased by 25.3 percent compared to the same period of 2021 - up to 24,375 soms ($297), Trend reports citing akchabar.kg.
As reported, the largest increase in the average monthly salary in the reporting period was registered:
- in the health care and social services sector (57.7 percent);
- in the field of education (39.8 percent);
- arts, entertainment and recreation (31.1 percent);
- extraction of minerals (22.4 percent).
Meanwhile, as of September 12, 2022, the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan is 82.07 KGS/1 USD.
