BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. Korean Air - South Korea's largest airline, will consider opening direct flights from Seoul to Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek, Trend reports citing the Manas International Airport OJSC.

During the today's meeting, representatives of Kyrgyzstan's Manas International Airport company and Korean Air discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation, including the possibility of opening direct flights between Bishkek and Seoul.

Representatives of one of the world's leading airlines stressed that Kyrgyzstan has a high tourism potential, and Korean Air is interested in developing its route network in this direction.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Korean Air is one of the four founding carriers of SkyTeam, a global passenger aviation alliance. The largest airline of South Korea is operating flights to 128 cities in 45 countries.
