Kyrgyzstan unveils volume of dairy products exports to Kazakhstan

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 19. Kyrgyzstan from January through October 2022 exported dairy products to Kazakhstan worth $22.5 million, Trend reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.

According to statistical data, Kyrgyzstan in the first 10 months of this year supplied the following dairy products to Kazakhstan:

- 9,116 tons of milk and cream worth $9.3 million;

- 7,584 tons of yogurt and kefir ($6.7 million);

- 684 tons of butter in the amount of $3.3 million;

- 839 tons of cheese and cottage cheese ($2.9 million).

Overall, Kazakhstan's exports to Kyrgyzstan from January through October 2022 increased by 9.6 percent over the same period in 2021 ($548.7 million) - up to $601.7 million.
