Turkmenistan's textile factory significantly exceeds production plan for 2023

ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, January 24. The textile factory located in the city of Bereket in the Balkan region of western Turkmenistan exceeded the production plan for 2023 by 41 percent, Trend reports.

According to official data, during the specified period, the company produced goods totaling about 15 million Turkmen manat ($4.28 million).

Continuous improvements in production processes, the introduction of modern technologies, and strategic resource management allow the factory not only to maintain a high level of efficiency but also to adapt to changing market conditions.

The enterprise, founded in 2011 by Turkmenistan's Textile Industry Ministry, is outfitted with cutting-edge technology from leading companies in Türkiye, Japan, and Germany.

Meanwhile, Turkmenistan planned to invest more than $300 million in the textile industry by 2025 to implement more than 30 projects.

The main directions of these investments are the development of existing capacities and the creation of more than ten new production facilities based on existing enterprises.
