Uzbekistan increased the volume of its imports by 19.6 percent from January through November 2021 compared to the same period last year ($18.7 billion), reaching $22.4 billion, Trend reports citing the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
At the same time, imports from the CIS countries amounted to $9 billion, and from other countries amounted to $13.4 billion.
During this period Uzbekistan imported goods in the amount of $20.9 billion and services in the amount of $1.5 billion.
Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover from January through November 2021 increased by 16.4 percent compared to the indicator for the beginning of the year ($2.3 billion), reaching $37.9 billion.
