Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon, Ghazanfar Roknabadi, delivered President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's invitation letter to his Lebanese counterpart Michel Suleiman, ILNA reported.
In a meeting with Suleiman here on Thursday, Roknabadi also discussed with Suleiman the latest developments in the Arab country as well as promoting bilateral ties.
He also hoped that Suleiman's efforts to forge unity among the Lebanese and resuming national talks will produce result.
Ahamdinejad visited Lebanon in October at the head of a high-ranking economic and political delegation.
