Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi responded to statements of some Israeli politicians about possible attack on Iran.
According to Vahidi, Israel brings its destruction nearer with bellicose speeches.
"Combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Iran is at a very high level, and they will answer to any attack with a crushing blow," MEHR agency quotes Vahidi as saying.
According to foreign media reports, former interior minister of Israel stated about preparations for an attack on Iran. He said the war between Iran and Israel will last a month, and claim the lives of 500 people.
"There are differences among the Zionist regime officials, and such statements are worthless. Zionists are even afraid of their shadow, and with agiotage they try to cover up their fears," Vahidi said.
