Iran releases currency exchange rates for August 21

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 21. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on August 21, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 40 currency prices saw an increase, while 5 currency prices took a dip compared to August 20.

As for CBI, $1 equals 410,368 Iranian rials and one euro - 455,732 rials, while on August 20, one euro was 453,610 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 544,813 rials and $1 costs 490,582 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 502,132 rials, and the price of $1 was 452,149 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 586,000-589,000 rials, while one euro is about 652,000–655,000 rials.
