The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 11:
Export floor: Offers 110,000 tons of iron ore from Sangan Iron Ore Complex and 31,700 tons of rice as well as 13,200 tons of bitumen, sulphur and lube cut oil.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 135,098 tons of polymers, bitumen, vacuum bottom feedstock, sulphur, slack wax, paraffin wax and lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 2,420 tons of rebar basket from Khorasan Steel Co., 30,000 tons of bloom ingot from Khuzestan Steel Co., 1,000 tons of 1000lb aluminum ingot from IRALCO., 1,000 tons of metallurgical coke from Zarand Coke Co. and 10 kg of gold bullion from Muteh Mine.
Agriculture floor: Offers 270,050 day-old chickens, 37,000 tons of wheat, 5,750 tons of sugar, 1,000 ons of crude vegetable oil and 564 tons of corn.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will witness offering 100 tons of palm oil imported from Malaysia, and 95 tons of metal scrapes.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
