TEHRAN, Iran, May 10. Iran and Oman to expand technical and innovative cooperation in the oil industry in the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2022), said the Director-General of International Businesses in the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology Rouhollah Astiri, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
He pointed out that Iranian companies can share innovative achievements in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors with Oman.
Astiri stressed that the two countries should start interacting to develop innovative upstream cooperation.
According to the official, the Iranian companies could use the infrastructures in Oman and Qatar to export their products to the Persian Gulf region.
