Georgia, Tbilisi, Nov.30 / Trend, N. Kirtskhalia /

The thirty second meeting on the Mechanism for preventing and responding to incidents (MPRI) will be held under the chairmanship of the UN in Gali on Wednesday. As the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia told Trend, it will be traditionally attended by representatives of Georgian, Russian, Abkhaz sides, as well as representatives of the OSCE and EUMM.

Today the meeting participants will continue discussions on the issues discussed at previous meetings, in particular associated with alleged violations of the control line.
The Georgian side will again raise the issue regarding freedom of citizens when crossing control line in both directions.

At the last meeting in late October, the participants agreed with the proposed ideas on how to improve the effectiveness of hot line communications. It was once again stressed that the hotline communication is a very important tool of communication, especially in cases of extreme necessity.
