Security in South Caucasus discussed in Georgia

Tbilisi is hosting the Partnership for Peace conference at the Radisson hotel.
Security issues in the South Caucasus are being discussed with the participation of U.S and European experts. Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze is attending the conference.
"This is a very important group of experts," she told media today. "This is their seventh meeting. The representatives of not only governmental circles, but non-governmental sector and civil society attend it. Numerous participants express the hope they will take concrete action to improve security in the South Caucasus."
The conference is being held under the auspices of the Austrian Defence Ministry and the National Defence Academy.
