BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 4. Deutsche Bank has named Bank of Georgia the winner of the Sustainable Client Excellence Award 2021, Trend reports via Forbes Georgia.
Deutsche Bank awarded the Bank of Georgia for sustainable customer development, namely, for the most efficient and accurate transfers, as well as for the best STP (Straight-through processing).
"In today's competitive environment, reducing costs and improving the service that STP provides is more important than ever. The basis for the evaluation of this award, as in previous years, was the STP direction of automatic transfers," said the Director and Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank, Wolfgang Wagner.
"I am pleased that Bank of Georgia is recognized by Deutsche Bank as the best financial institution, which has shown the best standards for cash transfers in various currencies in 2021. This award is given to banks that meet the necessary standards for the effective implementation of automatic transfers," said the General Director of the Bank of Georgia, Archil Gachechiladze.
