Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Swiss Confederation Pascal Couchepin and all the citizens of Switzerland on the national holiday - Founding of the Swiss Confederation, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Head of State.
Alexander Lukashenko confirmed the willingness of Belarus to develop cooperation with Switzerland in all areas.
