Spanish authorities have so far been unable to locate 24 of the 111 Spaniards living in Haiti, Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos said Friday, DPA reported.

It was possible, however, that not all the Spaniards were in the Caribbean country at the time of Tuesday's devastating earthquake, the minister added.

No Spaniards are known to have died or to have sustained serious injuries in the disaster.
