Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov met with U.S. Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Vershbow on Sept. 9, the Foreign Ministry's official website said.
The arms control and nonproliferation were discussed at the meeting. Some regional issues were considered.
