Trend:

Eighty-four people have died, and a further 50 are “between life and death”, said France’s President Francois Hollande, The Guardian reported.

French city of Nice was hit by a terrorist attack on July 14 night. Reports indicate that a truck plowed into crowds watching a fireworks display on France's Bastille Day national holiday on the Nice seafront.

Hollande said people from a number of nationalities are among the dead.

“Those who witnessed the attack will have to live with the trauma,” he added.
