Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will pay a visit to France, the Turkish TV channel TRT Haber said Jan.10.

It is reported that the purpose of the visit is participation in the mourning march in Paris on Jan.11.

Earlier on Jan.9, the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called his French counterpart Francois Hollande to express Turkey's solidarity with France.

The Turkish president also offered his condolences to the victims' families. Both presidents agreed to collaborate on anti-terrorism efforts.

On Jan.7, three masked gunmen attacked the offices of French magazine Charlie Hebdo, killing 12 people. Moreover, four hostages were killed and four others were critically wounded as a result of a hostage standoff in a kosher supermarket in eastern Paris on Jan.9.
