President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Sunday signed a decree to aware Sergey Yevgenyevich Naryshkin with Dostlug Order.
Naryshkin is awarded with Dostlug Order for his special services in development and strengthening of interstate relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the Russian Federation.
