The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) help improve the profitability of the Azerbaijani postal operator, Azerpoct told Trend on Thursday.
KOICA has already begun to investigate Azerpoct's activity. A detailed analysis will be prepared.
Increasing the postal operator's profitability will minimize the human factor in the processing of correspondence, which will reduce the time spent on these activities and increase the efficiency of theirdelivery.
Communications and IT Minister Ali Abbasov earlier said the operator is still subsidized by the state.
