Today, December 13, during the monitoring held in the line of contact of the Azerbaijani-Armenian troops near the Garakhanbeyli village of the Fizuli district of Azerbaijan, the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Peter Ki and Gunter Falk, met with the Head of the Fizuli District Executive Power. The Head of the Executive Power, Nabi Mukhtarov, informed Trend Regional Correspondent that during the meting, he informed the field assistants that the divisions of the Armenian Armed Forces break the ceasefire regime very often.
