Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 August /TrendNews/ On 6 August the President of Azerbaijan Republic, Ilham Aliyev,
signed an order improving control on domestic waste management in Baku city.
Created for this purpose, the joint stock company Tamiz Shahar will carry out
all works on arrangement and utilizations of solid domestic wastes, which
appear on the territory of Baku City. Balakhani area on utilization of urban
wastes, which is owned the Executive Power of Baku City, and Surakhany and
Garadagh sections on management and utilizations of solid domestic wastes will
be transferred to the JSC Tamiz Shahar. The Ministry of Economic Development is
in charge of preparing regulation of Company, State registration and settling other
organizational questions.
Order comes into force from the day of signing.
