BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 24. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree appointing Samir Mammadov as deputy minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The order comes into effect from the date of its signing.
