The OSCE seminar can be regarded as a authorities and opposition dialogue, Fazail Agamali, the chairman of the Ana Veten Party, told Trend.
He noted that the key topic of the seminar, organized by the Baku Office of the OSCE, was to carry out a public dialogue.
In his remarks Ambassador Mauricio Pavesi, the head of the Baku office of the OSCE, said that a dialogue between the political forces of Azerbaijan should be continued, as it is of paramount importance for the development of democratic institution in Azerbaijan.
The OSCE workshop held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel of Baku behind closed involved the executive secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) and leaders of the parties entering the opposition elections bloc Azadlyg.
