DYNAMIC ON GDP CHANGE DUE TO CONSUMPTION

As of January to August 2005 the GDP calculated through the consumption method comprised 40trln manats, or 12.2% up as compared to the GDP ratio calculated by the State Statistics Committee through the production method

Special weight of investment demand dropped from 49.5% fixed in January to August 2004 to 42.6% in 2005.

Despite stable growth of consumption its special weight fell from 42.8% in 2004 to 43.6% in 2005.

Public consumption grew both in absolute and relative prices. The expenses for purchase of goods and services rose by 46.9 as compared to 2004 and grew from 4.5% to 5.1% in the structure of consumption.

Domestic production anew failed to catch up the rise in demand and the most part was ensured, which caused rise in import. As a result the special weight of export in GDP grew from 3.2% in January to August 2004 to 8.6% in January to August 2005.
