The Azerbaijan Social Democratic Party (ASDP) will participate in the by-elections scheduled for 13 May 2006, Araz Alizade, the co-chair of the ASDP, told Trend.
Alizade noted that only he will participate in the by-elections, but still has not defined the constituency to ballot form. I have time left till the date of by-elections, he added. Alizade said that another co-chair of the party, Ayaz Mutallibov, who is currently residing in Moscow, will not participate in the by-elections.
The co-chair of the ASDP said that he targets to take victory at the by-elections.
