Structural reforms in the regional organizations will be held by the Party of National Independence of Azerbaijan (NIA), headed by Ali Aliyev, Trend reports citing Aliyev.
He noted that heads of regional organizations, not supporting party`s political policy were fired from their positions. Until the conference will be held, their duties would be performed by their substitutes.
Admittedly, a number of conferences of NIA regional organizations headed by Aliyev are planned to be held at the end of March with an objective to prepare for the party`s meeting scheduled for this autumn.
NIA, headed by Etibar Mammadov, began conferences of regional organizations since February 24 to get ready for the major party meeting in April-May 2006. The NIA Organizational Secretary Rashad Bayramov stated that party was planning to hold conferences in 72 regional organizations. Up to now conferences were held only in 8 regional organizations. On 11th of March conferences will be held in Sabail and Nasimi Districts and on 12th of March in Nizami District, said Bayramov.
