On July 5, political block Azadlig led the Azerbaijans civil society state conference in Baku. Trend reports the conference hosted heads of NGOs and representatives of opposition parties.
Opening the conference, Ali Aliyev, Azadlig co-chairman and leader of Citizens and Development Party, said of criteria preventing civil society formation in Azerbaijan.
The main reports o this issue was presented by Haji Ilgar Ibrahimoglu. He touched the theoretical and practical sides of civil society formation. Further, the discussions were led on the leaders speeches.
