The date of the congress of Youth Forum of GUAM countries (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova) scheduled to be held in September in Baku was changed, the founder of the Azerbaijan Republican Youth Movement Irali Farhad Mammadov told Trend.
The third congress of GUAM Youth Forum was held on June 21 in Kiev. The first meeting of the supreme body of the Forum had been planned to be held in fall in Baku.
Mammadov stressed that several technical problems emerged during preparation for the congress. In this relation, the date of the event planned to be held in Baku was changed.
According to Mammadov, the congress has been planned for the fall of 2007. Together with the representatives of GUAM youth organizations, the members of other international organizations will also attend the congress.
