The Information Centre of the Information & Communication Technologies revealed fraud facts amongst Azerbaijani internet users.
Cheaters use female "nicks" at different chat Web sites and ask male users to send points to their numbers in order to continue communication in reality, the Information Centre reported.
Internet cheaters prefer Cin points of Bakcell mobile operator. There are such cheaters at the Russian Mamba Web site, the Centre said. More than 50,000 Azerbaijani were registered at this site. Mobile operators possess necessary technology to register telephone numbers of cheater users. The Centre said that law enforcement bodies should be engaged in this matter.
