On next Friday, ten well-known Iranian filmmakers and actors, including Mohamed Mehdi Askerpur, Ibrahim Hatemikiya, Rakhshan Benietimad, Rza Kerimi will arrive in the United States to participate in events on the Iranian cinema in America.
During the event, supported by the American "Oskar" Academy and the "close and personal" program of Archive of UCLA TV and radio will demonstrate eight Iranian films, which will provide information on the directors of these films.
Last year, upon the invitation of the Iranian "House of Movies", the 8-member delegation of the American Academy visited Tehran visited. They met with Iranian filmmakers, visited several cities in Iran, including Isfahan and Shiraz.
