Turkish Airlines Turk Hava Yolları will not offer alcoholic beverages during flights made to ten destinations, Hurriyet newspaper said today.
In particular, alcoholic beverages are not offered during flights made to Karachi and Islamabad (Pakistan), Cairo and Alexandria (Egypt), Baghdad and Erbil (Iraq), Mogadishu (Somalia), Dakar (Senegal), Kuwait City (Kuwait) and Niamey (Niger).
Moreover, alcoholic beverages will not be served on a number of domestic flights, mainly in the direction of south-eastern provinces of the country.
According to the newspaper, later Turk Hava Yolları prepares to exclude alcoholic beverages from the menu during all flights.
