As of January-September 2014, Microsoft Windows 7 market share in Azerbaijan decreased by 20.1 percent, Global Stats statistics center said Oct. 11.
Windows 7 is the most popular system in Azerbaijan and covers 39.55 percent of the market.
Windows 7 market share reduced by 28.15 percent compared to 2013.
Android market share increased by 69.5 percent and reached 26.52 percent for this period.
More than twofold increase was observed in iOS share, which owns 11 percent of the operating system market.
A 33.7 percent decrease as of the first three quarters was fixed in Windows XP share, which owns 8.5 percent of the Azerbaijani operating system market.
Windows 8 is four percent, Series 40 - 2.67 percent, Windows 8.1 - 2.18 percent, Symbian - 1.06 percent and others.
