The armed forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey held a live firing on May 14 as part of their joint tactical drills, said Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry.
The joint tactical drills of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey kicked off May 12.
The combat training of all types of troops that take part in the drills, the efficiency and coordination of performance of tasks, the organization of interaction and others were tested during the exercises.
Motorized infantry and tank units, missile and artillery pieces, air defense systems, and helicopters conducted live firings and missile launches.
The drills are underway.
