Nearly 800 People Wishing to Make Pilgrimage to Hadji Appealed to CMD

The Caucasian Muslim Department (CMD) has received nearly 800 applications from persons wishing to make a pilgrimage to Hadji since its announcement for applicants to apply for admission for the next season of the Hadji, Trend reports quoting CMD.

510 people will be sent on the Hadji with buses and the remaining will travel by plane. The application admission will close on 1 October. CMD has already begun to register the documents.

As stated at CMD, this year Saudi Arabia has allocated 4,500 places for Azerbaijan, as well as 200 places for foreigners living in the territory of the Country. In addition, several changes have been made to the prices of the pilgrimage to Hadji this year. A majority of pilgrims will be sent with buses and it will cost $1,350 (last season was $1,320) and pilgrims desiring to fly Boeing 737 will have to pay $2,200 (last season was $2100).
