BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 13. The average cost per square meter of dwelling in Baku's primary market fell by 2.8 percent in September 2023 as compared to the previous month, Chief Executive Officer of the MBA Consulting Group company, Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
The annual growth amounted to 18.27 percent.
"The cost per square meter in the capital's principal housing market was 1,877 manat ($1,104.1). The total number of offers was 814 (a decrease of 7.18 percent year on year and an increase of 0.87 percent month on month)," Ibrahimov said.
In general, the average cost per square meter in the primary housing market was 1,714 manat ($1,008.2), and the total volume of offers was 836 as of January 1, 2023.
