BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 29. Apartment rental prices have grown in Baku in November 2023, the Director of Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing,Business, Analysis) Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of apartment rent in Baku amounted to 917 manat ($539), which is 3.98 percent decrease for the month, 0.66 percent increase for the year," Ibrahimov said.
The total volume of proposals on the apartment rental market in Baku amounted to 911 in the reporting month (growth for the month by 2.11 percent and for the year by 10.7 percent).
As of January 1, 2023, the average cost of housing rent in Baku was 937 manat ($551), with a total volume of 790 offers.
