Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Babayeva / The Azerbaijan State Securities Committee at the Azerbaijani President's Administration intends to introduce the scheme of collective investing, the Chairman of the State Committee, Gunduz Mammadov, reported at a press conference on 14 September.
According to Mammadov, the State Committee developed a draft law on investment funds. It will be submitted in approximately one month to the government.
The draft law includes the juridical status, state registration, establishment and essential management of investment funds, regulation of their activities, and the rights and duties of involved parties. The draft law includes seven Issues and thirty-eight Articles.
