Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova /Unileasing is developing a joint program with Grant Motors, as an official distributor of New Holland equipment in Baku, according to Unileasing.
New Holland, a large construction equipment production company, manufactures wheel excavators, frontal loaders, bulldozers and power graders.
Unileasing offers the Italian equipment for 4 years at an interest rate of 16%.
"Unileasing is ready to offer construction equipment at the Azerbaijani international exhibition of Baku Build to be held in Baku from 2 to 5 October," a source at the company said.
Unileasing CJSC who has been operating since 2004 has an AZN 1.8mln of paid-up authorized capital. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is a shareholder (33.33%).
