Estonian Entrepreneurs Interested in Azerbaijan’s Oil Sector
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Azerbaijan invited Estonian investors to cooperate in oil sphere of the country, Heydar Babayev, the Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, said during the Azerbaijani -Estonian business forum on 29 October.
"During the forum the Estonian delegation states that their country was late to invest in Azerbaijan. However, we greet foreign investments in Azerbaijan, particularly, in oil sphere," Babayev said.
The Estonian delegation proposes Azerbaijan to cooperate in property, trade and energy spheres.
Seventy Azerbaijani and seventy Estonian companies took part in the business forum in Baku on 29 October.
Azerbaijani State Committee on Statistic reported that 95.8% of foreign investments into economy of Azerbaijan fell on Britain, the United States, Japan, Norway, Turkey, Czechia and Iran.
