Tokyo stocks continued its rising trend for a third consecutive trading day Tuesday, with the key Nikkei index up 3.34 percent, reported Xinhua.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 average climbed 300.66 points to stand at 9,306.25 from Monday.
The Topix index gained 29.27 points to 956.64.
