Training Centre of Azerbaijani UniBank Introduces Project to Asses Staff

Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 November / Trend /The training centre of the Azerbaijani UniBank - Unitraining has introduced a new project on assessment of staff - Assessment center.

Assessment centre is the system of the rapid assessment of employees. The most important difference in this system from the analogous in the fact that besides the application of psychological tests and interview this system also uses behavioural exercises and business games, in which the participants simulate real situation - solution of professional problems, negotiations with the client. System makes it possible to obtain the complete picture of the personal and professional qualities of each worker.

To implement a pilot program of assessment UniBank draws a foreign specialist-expert of the Frankfurt business school on assessment of personnel Yuta Surba.

"Before welcoming of the export, employees of  UniBank independently carried out basic work to develop all the necessary documents, as well as designed a range of psychological tests and the most part of the personnel passed preliminary testing, which forego the Assessment procedure,"  Sevinj Aliyeva, the coordinator of Unitraining, said.

During expert's visit bank held a familiarization presentation for participants of the project and observers including members of the bank and range of managers, as well as the first stage of the assessment was carried out, which eight employees of the bank passed successfully.

As a result, it is planned to reveal and to open the leader potential of employees UniBank. The available habits of employees, as well as his unveiled capability, which can make his activity more efficient will be revealed in the result of the implementation of the project.

The system of Assessment centre is already successfully realized in such large banks as the Bank of America (the U.S.), HSBC (Great Britain), Bank of China (Chinese Peoples' Republic), Alfabank (Russia), Mitsubishi UFJ of  Financial (Japan) and Societe Generale (France).
