Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 26 / Trend , S.Babayeva / Aqrolizinq OJSC plans to purchase agricultural technical equipment. It is planned to purchase 100 combine harvesters as a result of tender.
Applicants should present documents (besides tender proposal and banking guarantee in the size of 25 of the cost of the tender proposal) to Jan. 12 2009, but proposals to Jan.13, 2009.
Those succeeded applicants have to provide equipment to Aqrolizinq's unit in Shirvan within ninety days from the date of signing of the contract on the basis of DDP İnkoterms-2000.
Applicants' proposals will be read out on Jan. 14 with participation of applicants or empowered representatives of Aqrolizinq.
Agrolizing is created under the Agriculture Ministry by the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Oct. 23, 2004. The activity of enterprise is aimed at improvement of the agrarian sphere and support of enterprise in the country by acquisition and delivery local landowners of different agricultural machinery. Today joint stock company has nine regional agro-service supply bases and 55 agro-service branches in all regions of Azerbaijan, excluding the occupied territories.
Since 2005 to 2008 Agrolizing received AZN 133mln from the Public budget. Out of the sum of AZN76.6mln was spent for purchase of agricultural equipment, AZN 7.4mln - technological equipment and AZN4.9mln - pesticides and fertilizing.
During the mentioned period over 500 combine harvesters, 1,500 tractors, 30 mini-tractors, 120 excavators and 4,000 different agricultural equipment were purchased.
Some AZN 37.5mln will be allocated to Agrolizing from the 2009 Public budget.
