The Azerbaijani State Property Register Service registered 2,410 property rights in Baku in January, the service said on Feb. 26.
Some 1,260 are primary homes and 1,140 - secondary.
In January, 420 property rights were registered on the primary and 228 on the secondary markets.
In January, the service registered 291 rights to mortgage agreements and issued 3,810 technical passports for real estate.
