About 30 tons of cement has been stolen from cement plant in Azerbaijan's Sumgayit city.
Guards of the cement plant Maharrama Orujov and Ilgar Sadigov were detained in Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev settlement on May 15. They are charged with stealing 25-30 tons of cement from the plant owned by Amrah Mehdiyev, the Interior Ministry press service said.
The Sumgayit Police Office has filed a suit in the case.
