The Azerbaijani ASB Bank is expected to make changes in the organization, Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board Hasan Badalov said.
"These changes are expected due to the bank's shifting to a new operation system which will be applied within several years," Badalov said.
In early June, the bank's delegation visited the Turkish Garanti Bank was satisfied with the Central Operation System functioning at the bank, he said. "Therefore. The management decided to apply this system to ASB Bank," he added.
"This system will increase efficiency of activity of the bank's several departments, as well as will clearly delimit their responsibilities," Badalov said.
ASB Bank was established in 1996 as open joint stock company.
